My Approach
I believe that therapy is most effective when you and I are actively involved in developing goals together. Efforts to change unhealthy thought patterns, emotions and behaviors require work in session and out of session. Some of these changes will occur quickly and easily, but most often change requires slow, and repeated efforts. I am best suited to treat Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, Adjustment, Grief and Loss, and Stress Management. It is very important to find a therapist that you are comfortable with.
My direct and person-centered approach has been very effective in moving individuals out of stuck places and into change! I am ready to start this journey with you towards healing, awareness, and personal growth!
